Helpers kit
- Who is on the team
- A manager, and helpers for Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Social
- The Google connection
- Five steps you do once
- How a helper joins the manager
- Under each manager tool, a note says which workflow to pick
If your AI helper says connected, but still can't read the calendar, you're not alone.
Where you are now
What if the problem isn't you? Free manager-and-helper templates exist, but most stop at Gmail and Calendar and skip the Google connection. That is exactly where people get stuck.
And if you did get it connected, it worked for a week, then stopped. An app that Google still sees as in testing gets a seven-day sign-in, and then you have to sign in again.
And on top of it all sits the question: what is in the file you downloaded, and who sees your email?

Who's talking to you: Axel Jedlitschka
At one job I set sales meetings by phone, ran sales meetings and ran service meetings. That is also where I started building systems and automations, processes that run on their own, for business owners.
It all started with an income and expenses table I wanted to build for myself in Excel, and from there it kept growing. I built a system for business forecast analysis, and it served the marketing and sales of the company I worked at very well. When you connect an AI helper to Google, the connection itself is half the work, and that is exactly where people get stuck when they build it alone.

What to ask for
Type one sentence in a chat, and let the manager understand the request and split the work.
Know that no email goes out without your confirmation in the chat, and that it goes out with exactly the text you saw.
Connect your Google accounts with five steps you do once, without hitting "Access blocked".
Get post drafts per platform from a helper that has no publishing tool at all.
Add a new helper to the team whenever you want, for example for Google Sheets.
There is a way
An AI agent is software that does work for you on your computer. n8n is a tool that connects services like Gmail and your calendar, and in it you build a workflow: a chain of steps, where each step is called a node. The kit has a manager agent in a chat, and each helper has its own workflow. The manager understands the request and splits the work, but never touches email or calendar itself. And the two tools that send email connect only to the helper that runs when your own message starts with the confirm phrase.
You answer "yes send it". Nothing is sent, and the line comes back. Your message reaches the Gmail helper as it is, not through the AI, so even if the manager decided to send, it couldn't.
The way, in one kit

A manager agent in a chat hands the work to helpers for Gmail, Calendar, Docs and social posts, and no email goes out without your approval.

Yes. No credit card, and no part is held back for payment.
The connection is stored encrypted in your own n8n, and the files hold no login details. When a helper reads an email, the text goes to the model provider you chose, OpenAI or Anthropic. If your mailbox holds sensitive mail, decide before you connect it.
Most stop at Gmail and Calendar and skip the Google connection. Here, the Google guide is half the work, and the team also has a Docs helper and a Social helper.
Yes. On n8n Cloud, the service n8n runs for you, you can start with Google's built-in sign-in. On your own server you need the Google steps, and a stable address Google can return to.
The files are built for n8n 2.x, and a test import on n8n 2.42.4 accepted them all. They have not been run against your accounts, so the first walkthrough tests each helper on its own. On an older version? Update first.
Every workflow has a ready Anthropic model node below the OpenAI one, switched off. Switch it on, connect it to the agent, and delete the OpenAI node.
Your details are used to send you the kit and to follow up on it. Marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details.
