If you work with an AI agent, software that does work for you on your computer, and you explain to the agent who it is every time, you are not alone.

Where you are now

What if the problem is not the agent? When one agent does everything, its instructions are not written anywhere that stays, and it doesn't know the tools you work with.

So you write the same explanations again, and your chat fills up with searching, attempts and dead ends that have nothing to do with what you asked for.

And even when you split the work between several agents, one of them can report a task as done when it did not do the work.

Who is talking to you: Axel Jedlitschka

It all started with an income and expenses table I wanted to build for myself in Excel. After a few versions I moved to Google Sheets, and from there it kept growing. When I was booking sales meetings by phone, I was already building dashboards, screens that show the numbers at a glance.

From there I started building systems and automations, processes that run by themselves, for business owners. I built a system for business forecast analysis, and it served the company's marketing and sales very well. In a system like that, every part needs different knowledge: the sheet, the automation, and the text that goes out to the client.

What to ask for

  • Instructions written once

Write once who the helper is and what it does, and stop explaining it again in every chat.

  • A chat that stays clean

Let the searching and the dead ends happen with the helper, and get back only the result.

  • Only what it needs

Give each helper permission only for what its job needs. The one that searches your notes can read, and cannot change a single file.

  • A report with proof

Get, at the end of every task, a line on how the work was checked and a line on what was not checked yet.

  • A question, not a guess

When a helper is missing a detail, it asks you instead of guessing.

There is a way

Every helper on the team has one file with standing instructions: who it is, when to call it, which tools it may use, and how it reports. Tools are the actions it is allowed to take on your computer, like reading a file or running a command. A helper like this is called a subagent. You keep talking to your main agent as usual, and it hands each task to the helper that fits.

  1. You ask.You ask for something ordinary, without naming any helper: "Translate this email to Hebrew for a client."
  2. It hands over. The main agent sees which helper fits and hands the task over, with everything the helper needs to know. The skill in the kit teaches it how, a file of instructions the agent reads by itself.
  3. The helper works. The helper works in a separate window and returns one report: what it did, how it checked, and what it did not check.
  4. The agent checks. Before it tells you "done", the main agent opens the file and re-runs the check itself. Anything that was not checked, it tells you plainly.

The instructions are written once and read every time.

The way, in one kit

Team kit · a kit by Axel Jedlitschka

Your agent gets a team of specialist helpers, and hands each task to the helper that fits.

  • At the end of the install it checks that every file is valid and matches the team list
  • It shows its plan, and asks before it continues
  • The same roles also work in Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI
  • Nine specialist helpers: translator, Google Sheets expert, Supabase expert, React developer, n8n automation builder, copywriter, prompt writer, marketing strategist and notes searcher
  • A skill called subagents-team that tells the main agent who gets which task, how to brief the helper, and how to check what comes back
  • The team list in a format a computer reads, with summaries in Hebrew and Spanish
  • A checklist for a helper's file, and a small program that checks it by itself
  • A fixed report at the end of every task, with a check line and a line on what was not checked
  • An AGENTS.md file with the rules in short, for Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI
  • Install in one command, with a backup of any helper you already have under the same name

What you get

Promised

  • The full kit, free, as soon as you leave your details.
  • No part is held back for payment.
  • Your details are not sold, and are not passed to anyone except the infrastructure providers that run the site.
  • A question about the kit? Send a message on Instagram, @theonlyaxelj.

Not promised

  • A result. The kit gives your agent a team of helpers, and the result depends on how you apply it and on your business. It is general knowledge, not personal advice.
  • That a helper never makes a mistake. The fixed report and the main agent's own check do not remove the problem, but they make it visible.

There is no purchase and no payment, so there is nothing to cancel. You can withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

Questions?

How do I get the kit?

Leave your details, and a thank-you page opens right away with a button to download the kit.

Is it really free?

Yes. No credit card, and no part is held back for payment.

I'm not a programmer. Can I install it?

Unzip the file you downloaded, and in that folder run one command in the terminal, the window where you type commands to your computer. The command is in the guide. The installer shows its plan and asks before it continues.

Do I need Claude Code?

In Claude Code everything loads by itself. With Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI, copy the helpers folder into your project and paste the block from the AGENTS.md file into their instructions file, and they work with the same roles.

There are dozens of free agents online. Why these?

The big lists have almost no translator or n8n builder. Here, every helper also says when not to call it, holds only the tools it needs, has a rule for missing information, and ends with a report that shows proof.

Does it cost more?

Each helper uses its own tokens, the units you pay for when you use AI. That is why the notes searcher runs on the cheapest model, and why the main agent answers short questions itself, without calling any helper.

Will I get spam or phone calls?

Your details are used to send you the kit and to follow up on it. Marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details.

Where can I get help?

A question about the kit: send a message on Instagram, @theonlyaxelj.
